Tombarra by the River comprises 12 individual studio units with your own bathroom facilities. There is also a three bedroom Cottage with slow combustion fire and modern kitchen with gas cook top.
In addition we offer limited caravan and camping options and this has been done to preserve the ambiance that Tombarra offers and for caravaners or campers to be able to enjoy their own space in an uncrowded natural environment. There is an ablution block and power to some sites.
The Cottage comprises two rooms with double beds and the third room with a double bunk three singles, which allows a total of 9 persons. The studios are comfortable with private bushland views to the rear. Tombarra is only a short 10 minute drive from the Historic country town of Braidwood and just over an hour to Canberra . To complement the accommodation there is a large function room with a commercial kitchen and an outside BBQ. There’s also a large fire pit close to the function room and there is nothing better than being around a raging bonfire in the cooler months enjoying a drink and chatting with family, friends or colleagues.
